3.9 бизнес-процесс (business process): Конструкция, представляющая частично упорядоченный набор бизнес-процессов и/или видов деятельности предприятия, которые могут выполняться для реализации одной или более заданных целей предприятия или части предприятия для достижения некоторого желательного конечного результата.
